Security & deliverability

Built to protect your name and your data.

Deliverability and data security are not features we bolted on. They are the constraints the whole product is designed around. Here is exactly what that means.

Protecting your sender reputation

Authentication checked daily

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and blocklist status are checked every day on every sending domain. A listing pauses the account before the damage compounds.

A slow warm-up ramp

Every new mailbox starts at about five sends a day and earns its way up over weeks. Gmail never sees a cold mailbox behave suspiciously. Read the warm-up guide for the full ramp.

A kill switch that fails safe

Bounce and spam-complaint rates are watched continuously. A spike pauses all outbound automatically and keeps it paused until a human has reviewed it.

Human pacing, one-to-one only

Sends are spaced minutes apart, inside your chosen hours. There is no bulk-list machinery and no way to blast, on purpose.

Protecting your data

Gmail via official OAuth

PitchButler connects to your mailbox through Google's official API and only touches the accounts you explicitly connect. Disconnect an account and its Gmail data is purged. You can revoke access at any time.

Permanent opt-outs, enforced at the database

An opt-out is permanent, has no undo, and is checked before every single send. A suppression list survives deletion so an erased contact cannot be accidentally re-imported and emailed again.

GDPR export and erasure

Built in Sweden for the EU reality: data export and erasure are available on request, and permanent opt-outs are the backbone of the whole system, not a checkbox.

Tenant isolation

Every customer's data is isolated at the database level. One account can never see another's leads, mailboxes, or conversations.
